IFG has partnered with a leading industry retailer to find a Compensation Analyst Consultant to assist with general compensation analysis, job description creation, market pricing, and annual compensation cycles.
The Compensation Analyst will work with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers to determine the necessary jobs and compensation for current teams, which includes reviewing market data and internal ranges.
Additionally, this position involves tracking leaders without entries and notifying the HRBPs, ensuring leaders stay within budget, pulling reports, and addressing any other items that may arise on an ad hoc basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience
- Compensation experience with job descriptions and market pricing
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with SAP HRIS, along with experience working through an annual rewards cycle preferred
