IFG is partnering with a global company looking for an Assistant Controller. Reporting to the Global Finance Director, this role will manage a staff accountant and manage the U.S. operations. 

This will be a fully remote role; however, this will be hybrid in the first 3-6 months. 

Compensation is $120K – $130K base plus a 10% bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Accounting/Finance Team on month end reporting packages to leadership and aid in identifying and explaining variances to budget/forecast
  • Lead the change management/process improvement projects to support accounting functions and drive efficiency
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations 
  • Support ad hoc projects 
  • Contribute in the development and evaluation of budgets/forecasts and preparing budget/forecast reports

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
