About The Role:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for evaluating financial performance, preparing forecasts, and developing models to guide strategy. By collaborating with management and other stakeholders, this role helps identify opportunities for growth, strengthen operational effectiveness, and mitigate potential risks.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning efforts.
- Review results, trends, and performance metrics to generate practical recommendations.
- Collaborate with departments such as sales, operations, and HR to assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and analyses, including variance explanations and leadership summaries.
- Highlight opportunities to reduce costs or increase revenue using data-driven insights.
- Enhance and streamline financial planning tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
- Working knowledge of or past experience in accounting is required
