IFG’s client is seeking an Interim Controller for a fully remote position! This role will report to the VP of Finance and be responsible for accounting for a UK-based startup’s US entity.

Responsibilities include:
– Managing the month-end close for the US
– Providing GAAP-based financial reports to the parent company
– Handling US taxes
– Reconciling intercompany accounts with other entities
– Overseeing the budgeting process
– Registering new states in the US to accommodate growth and expansion

Qualifications:
– Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting
– Experience with US Tax
– Previous experience with startups or pre-revenue companies would be a significant advantage!
