The Role As a Senior Audit Associate, you’ll work closely with audit managers and firm leadership to deliver exceptional client service. You’ll play a hands-on role in leading projects, managing key engagement tasks, and supporting business development efforts. Your contributions will have a direct impact on client outcomes and the firm’s success. What You’ll Do Lead portions of audit and assurance engagements, guiding staff and supporting managers. Oversee and complete essential engagement tasks, from planning to execution. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery. Contribute to team development by mentoring junior staff. Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and firm growth. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred). CPA license or active CPA-eligibility required. Minimum of 3 years in public accounting, including at least one busy season in a senior/supervisor role. Audit/assurance experience in industries such as construction, manufacturing/distribution, technology, or M&A strongly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships. Commitment to continuous learning, professional ethics, and high-quality results.
