IFG's Fortune 500 client is looking for a Manager, External Financial Reporting to join their team. In this role the candidate will be responsible for the SEC reporting for the company, including drafting disclosures, processing changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the document, maintaining quarterly list of disclosure items and coordinating with the printer.
Additionally, the role will collaborate with Business Units, Controller's Group, Investor Relations, Treasury, internal and external legal counsel, and the internal and external auditors to accomplish goals and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of information exchange.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Master's degree and/or CPA strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive professional experience, with public accounting or a combination of public accounting and large company experience.
- People management experience required.
