An industrial real estate company in California had general hiring needs, but no prior relationship with IFG. This meant that a new strategy needed to be created from the ground up to understand the company’s needs and to find the right candidates to fill those roles with the best people — and in a timely manner.
Our Solution
IFG initiated a Most Placeable Candidate campaign, also known as an MPC campaign. This type of campaign puts IFG’s best candidate forward so that they can get their opening filled with the candidate who could do the best job. It’s proven as an effective strategy in the past, and IFG believed it would work best for this company now.
The Outcome
IFG was able to place two candidates at the real estate firm in a short amount of time. As a result of the success of the campaign, IFG is already working on filling a third role for this company.
