IFG US is partnering with a high growth financial services company looking to add a new member to their team. The role is open due to overall revenue growth and a recent large acquisition.

Compensation is $90,000 – $95,000 plus discretionary bonus.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), this position is responsible for coordinating and managing financial data and documentation required for state regulatory examinations and filings, including, but not limited to, Mortgage Bankers Financial Reporting Form (MBFRF) and Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) requirements within the mortgage servicing industry.
The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of financial and servicing-related information to regulatory authorities while supporting compliance with applicable state requirements.
Additionally, this position works closely with Legal and Finance teams, oversees the regulatory response process, and maintains a thorough understanding of financial reporting systems and available resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification, such as CPA or CFA, is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or financial analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements and financial compliance.
- Experience with MBFRF, NMLS, or similar regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Experience with Planful or comparable Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) reporting software is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
