Assist with audit preparations and resolve audit findings as needed. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate, comprehensive financial reports. Develop and manage financial systems and policies. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, report variances, and prepare financial modeling as needed. Mentor and develop a team of accountants. Acquisition Integration Specialist (2)

This requires strong interpersonal and accounting knowledge to gain an understanding of their current systems and processes to lead the integration of the merger partner’s accounting functions. You will work with various partners to ensure accurate, timely and efficient work-product coupled with strong customer service. Responsibilities: Lead meetings and manage deliverables related to all specialized accounting and billing workflows. Review Due Diligence Reports and work with various teams to outline and determine the top close priorities. Host training sessions. Lead the acquisition partner to clean up receivables and payables.
