Bid/Contract Specialist

Location: St. Charles, IL Type: Contract Job #28486 Salary: $70,000 Per Hour IFG US is partnering with an established organization in public health and environmental services, seeking an experienced Bid/Contract Specialist to join its Customer Care team. This position is based in the western Chicago suburbs with a hybrid work environment that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT This position plays a critical role within the Customer Care team by managing the end-to-end process of customer bids and sales contract administration. The ideal candidate will help develop and maintain effective bid and contract management processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with bid requirements, and alignment with internal policies and procedures. Additionally, this position provides general Customer Care support to customers and internal stakeholders.
