As a trusted business partner, you will:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives that align financial performance with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance and actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, uncover trends, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver recommendations that impact the bottom line.
- Develop and present meaningful financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations that tell the story behind the numbers.
- Support growth initiatives, investments, and strategic projects by providing financial analysis, modeling, and business case development.
- Enhance visibility into business performance through cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Champion continuous improvement by streamlining financial processes, implementing technology solutions, and improving reporting capabilities.
- Partner cross-functionally to support organizational goals and strategic priorities.
You'll also have the opportunity to:

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or financial management experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Advanced analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for driving results, innovation, and continuous improvement.
